There is something special about watching things grow.
Whether it’s food from your garden, beautiful flowers, even pulling weeds from the garden reminds me of how God cares for us.
A few weeks ago I planted tiny basil seeds, checked on them daily, watered them, cared for them. Even though, from the outside, all I could see was mud, deep down, growth was taking place.
It’s a joy to be part of the process and also a good reminder that what we hope for doesn’t always happen immediately.
Good things are worth the wait. God so often reminds me of this. And He will be with you as you’re waiting.
